[MRG-RT] RTC clock does not follow local time zone
Issue
When using local time zone (not UTC) in the RTC/BIOS clock, the kernel updates the RTC with UTC time even though the system is set to use local time zone.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6
- MRG-RT v2.5
- kernel-rt-3.10.0-229.rt56.153.el6rt, or earlier.
