After HBA replacement LUNs are showing as not registered with OS.
Issue
- Replaced the HBA Card and Storage team configured new HBA from Storage perspective. we rebooted the server after server come up the new HBA Configuration looks good from OS side. LUN's from this HBA are visible but we are getting error like LUNs are not registered with OS, as shown below:

- Above ALL luns are followed by '*' which indicating LUNS are not registered with OS.
