When upgrading to EAP 6.4, remoting subsystem requires version 1.2 when it should allow 1.1 also.

Issue

• I am currently planning a upgrade from jboss eap 6.3.3 to 6.4.0. I am using the standalone.xml file of EAP6.3 with EAP 6.4 which is accpeted as per the upgrade documentation
  However, I am getting the following error for the remoting subsystem. :

 Caused by: com.ctc.wstx.exc.WstxParsingException: Expected namespace 'urn:jboss:domain:remoting:1.2'; have 'urn:jboss:domain:remoting:1.1'.

• Remoting subsystem has parsing issue with urn:jboss:domain:remoting:1.1 in EAP 6.4
