Systems with same profile name aren't listed in duplicate systems view

Issue

Customer views systems in the "Inactive Systems" view of the satellite web interface and sees systems that have the same name under the "System" column - "dbplepfdb01" in this case. However, the systems with the name "dbplepfdb01" are not appearing in the "Duplicate Systems" view.
