RHEL7: nmcli con show has extra bond device

Issue

• Network manager shows 2 bonding devices in nmcli con show.
• The one with the wrong details seems to recreate itself with a new uuid every time, even after reboots. I dont understand dbus that well, but i think that's where the persistent data is kept. The phantom duplicated device even has the wrong settings!
