Why can't Firefox connect to our SSL protected web page?

Issue

• An error occurred during a connection to our Web server which has SSL enabled. SSL received a weak ephemeral Diffie-Hellman key in Server Key Exchange handshake message.

(Error code: ssl_error_weak_server_ephemeral_dh_key)

• While opening application on HTTPS on Google Chrome, the following message can be seen in the browser:

Server has a weak ephemeral Diffie-Hellman public key
ERR_SSL_WEAK_SERVER_EPHEMERAL_DH_KEY

• Secure Connection Failed when obataining wildcard certificate for our domain & while trying to open the pages using https://(SSL).
