Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.5 kdump fails to create vmcore over FCoE connection with bnx2fc driver

Issue:
RHEL6 does not support OpenFCoE crash dump targets. Components that require the bnx2fc driver should have that driver blacklisted in the kdump.conf file to allow successful vmcore creation. The crashdump utility should be configured to use a non-fcoe connection for FCoE components for vmcore creation.
