Process creation is slower on 2 vCPUs than on a single vCPU by UnixBench test
Issue
- 1 vCPU shows higher index score than 2 vCPUs for process spawning
- 1 vCPU test
[root@localhost UnixBench]# ./Run spawn -c 1
