Attempting to Start a Guest OS on a RHEL 6.2 RHEV host with a SPICE-based Console Fails
Issue
- When attempting to start a RHEV VM with a VNC console the VM starts up and functions as expected. When attempting to start the VM with a SPICE based console the VM fails to start.

- Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.0 Management Server
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.2 Hypervisor Host
