Ansible fails to install nodes on Openshift

Issue

• While installing via ansible "oc get nodes" fails to fetch minions. Error output :

• Below error is seen when in node logs.

Could not find an allocated subnet for minion x.y.z: Get https://x.y.z:8443/oapi/v1/hostsubnets/x.y.z: dial tcp 10.10.10.10:8443: i/o timeout. Waiting...
