Introduction of nagios_run_sudo boolean causes nrpe to fail

Issue

• With the recent introduction of the per default disabled nagios_run_sudo SELinux policy several of our nagios nrpe checks stopped working until we turned the policy on with:

setsebool -P nagios_run_sudo on

• It is clear to us on how to fix but this is clearly a POLA (Principle Of Least Astonishment) violation. I'd like to suggest to turn the policy on by default.
