Adding user permissions to cloudforms appliance

Issue

• We have cloudforms set up through redhat enterprise virtualization and I have been trying to assign users permisssions to the cloudforms appliance through the redhat manager but the credentials dont seem to be accepted even though users are assigned a 'superuser' user-role for the cloudforms host server.
