A HBA has detected a LOOP DOWN condition, how can I reset the HBA?
Issue
- One HBA is reporting the loop it's attached to as down:
qla2400 0000:0b:00.0: LOOP DOWN detected (2 6 0).
multipath -llshows that all multipathed devices are available through one path only.- How can we re-enable the link?

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- SAN attached server
