Windows 8.1 to RHEL 7 install issues. Specifically ISO

Hello,
I have a Windows 8.1 system that I want to install RedHat 7 on. I created a bootable Live USB. The pc boots fine to the installation screen. This should be a simple install. I am letting RedHat auto-partition. However. the ISO is not being found. The USB drive is not even an option. I'm sure that this is something simple that I'm over looking but I cannot figure it out.
Any suggestions will be appreciated. :-)
