libmod_sm24.so: undefined symbol: ap_unixd_config

Issue

• We are running JBOSS EWS 2.1 having connected to site minder but as when tried to upgrade it to JBOSS EWS V3.0 start the services. We hit the following error:

httpd: Syntax error on line 911 of /apps/JBossEWS/WebServer/httpd/conf/httpd-ins1.conf: Cannot load /apps/webagentR12/bin/libmod_sm22.so into server: /apps/webagentR12/bin/libmod_sm22.so: undefined symbol: unixd_config

• We are getting below error while starting httpd,What is the cause of the issue :
