JBoss ON server fails to start with 'Service jboss.persistenceunit."rhq.ear#primary" is already registered' error

Issue

• Jon won't start up after a network issue and a reboot of o/s
• We had a network issue over the weekend and we restart the o/s when jon server is running, now JON won't start up.
• server.log contains error similar to:
