Why does my two-node pacemaker cluster fail to obtain quorum when starting only one node?
Issue
- When starting only one node in a two-node
pacemakercluster, the node fails to obtain quorum until the other node is brought online.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 (with the High Availability Add-on)
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 (with the High Availability Add-on)
