Upgrading from Intank Ceph Enterprise 1.2.2 to Red Hat Ceph Storage 1.2.3 failed.

Issue

• Upgrading from Intank Ceph Enterprise 1.2.2 to Red Hat Ceph Storage 1.2.3 failed.

• The machines are on RHEL7.0 while ICE is on 1.2

• The upgrade process failed while running "ceph-deploy install {host}" while fetching package via yum.

• A 'yum list' failed with the following errors:
