Why I get security warnings in browser after setup self-signed SSL certificate on JBoss EAP

Issue

  • I followed Security Guide to configure a self-signed SSL certificate for my website, I enabled the certificate in my JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP), but when I use browser to visit my website, I get security warnings.

In Internet Explorer browser, I get There is a problem with this website's security certificate. warning:

and in Firefox browser, I get This Connection is Untrusted warning:
