Product Sync status is not updating when completing new synchronizations.

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • The product page, is not matching the status from Content -> Sync Status
    On the menu Content -> Sync Status the status shows Complete and is not updating the status from Content -> Products

The product page shows status as Cancelled and after performing completed additional syncs, the status wont change.

  • Red Hat Satellite 6.0.8
