Unable to add hyper-v host to appliance

Issue

Ive been following the guide to add a hyperv host to the cfme appliance.

Red Hat CloudForms Management Engine 5.2 Support for Microsoft Hyper-V

However at the step where I install the smartproxy on command line Im getting an error saying :
" could not find gem 'more_core_extensions in the gems available on this machine. run bundle install to install missing gems. "

I ran the same command with bundle install instead of install and i get the same error.
