Recommended way to install Rollup 2 Patch 7 without already having the prerequisites patch

I have an environment that currently has Rollup 2 and Rollup 2 Patch 6 installed. I was wondering why Rollup 2 Patch 6 is not in the patch list and if there is a recommended way to install Rollup 2 Patch 7 without already having the prerequisites patch installed as I read that the prerequisites patch is required to be installed before the Rollup 2 patch.
