Why is `sapconf` not able to recognize the NTP configuration set using `ntp` package in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 ?

sapconfnot able to recognize the NTP configuration set usingntppackage in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 ? sapconfprints the following message even though the host system is in sync with the NTP server
