How to implement FilteredPatternLayout in JBoss EAP 6?

Issue

Is it possible to filter the logging system of jboss or enhance it with FilteredPatternLayout class to filter stacktrace-elements in own ears?
The logging should be such that only the stacktrace coming from application classes should appear in the log output and the rest of logging should be filtered.
