Gnome3 Message Tray partially appears on screen in RHEL7.1 with dual monitors (above/below configuration).

Issue

• When logging into RHEL7.1 workstation with dual monitors (above/below configuration) the Message Tray always shows partially on screen.
• When opening the Message Tray using super+m key, the tray is above the bottom of the screen.
• If I interchange the position of top and bottom monitor in Display settings, everything works fine.
