Why container provision status showing as Failed after deploying some new bundles ?

Issue

• After deploying some new bundles our both the Fuse instances are now showing server status Running and Provision status as Failed. Newly deployed bundles are not showing up in provision list of container. Nothing is there related to bundle deployment error in "karaf.log". It causes critical servers failure.
