Installation failed with "storage configuration failed: Tried to use undefined partition pv.01 in Volume Group specification" in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6

Issue

• We are trying to do kickstart installation of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.6", But, we got the following error.

storage configuration failed: Tried to use undefined partition pv.01 in Volume Group specification"

• %pre section in the kickstart file creates a file including the kickstart commands for partitioning, and the file is included in the same kickstart file.
