Emulex lpfc Adapter Hardware Error

Issue

  • Emulex Host Bus Adapter (HBA) using the lpfc driver logs Adapter Hardware Error Data followed with some additional events containing an error number (ie. '0:0457', '0:0714', etc) before the human readable text.
