Query while installing JBoss Developer Studio with EAP 6.4

Issue

• Is there an install of JBoss Developer Studio that will install with EAP 6.4 that we can use, or is there a way to upgrade EAP 6.3.0 to 6.4.0 in developer studio? As a related question, are there restrictions on providing our developers the zip install for them (limiting access), or is this fine provide a the link due to the open source model? I'm a little fuzzy on how the JBoss Developer Studio installs are supported by Red Hat.
