Issue accessing VM utilization data for users other than "admin"
Issue
- When selecting a VM then trying to view the utilization data users are receiving the error
Error text:
The user is not authorized for this task or item. [vm_infra/perf_chart_chooser]
even if all access to utilization is granted to the user role.

- Red Hat Cloudforms 3.1 (5.3.3 and under)
