RHEV guest boots with different disk each time

Solution Unverified - Updated -

Issue

Sometimes the guest will load with the correct definition of /dev/vdb in the guest, sometimes with a wrong one. Seems like it would load two completely different disks, though RHEV would always pass the same vg/lv device to qemu-kvm process.
Guest OS RHEL6. Has 2 virtual disks, preallocated.

Environment

  • RHEV-M 3.5.0
  • vdsm-4.16.8.1-8.el6ev on RHEL6.6 hosts
