Conga does not start or stop cmirrord on nodes in a RHEL 6 Resilient Storage cluster

Solution Unverified - Updated -

Issue

  • When I 'Leave Cluster' from Conga, it doesn't stop cmirrord on that node, and when I 'Join Cluster', it doesn't start cmirrord.
  • luci doesn't manage cmirror on cluster nodes
  • ricci doesn't enable cmirrord on the nodes when I set up the cluster

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6 with the Resilient Storage Add On
  • lvm2-cluster
    • locking_type = 3 in /etc/lvm/lvm.conf
    • One or more volume group with the clustered attribute set
  • cmirror
    • One or more mirrored logical volumes in a clustered volume group
  • modcluster, ricci on cluster nodes
  • luci server managing cluster nodes
