kdump hangs with serial display output

Issue

• We have configured kdump in our point of sales(POS), to store dumps on a remote server. We use ssh to upload dumps to the server, usually it works fine if there is a vga display connected to the POS, also it works fine if there is no display connected to the POS. However it hangs when we have connected the serial display to the COM port. Attached is a sosreport.
