How can I print a document in RHEL and have it held at the printer until is is released by a passcode entered into the printer?

Issue

This is the work flow that we would like to achieve:

1. The user prints a document from their computer.
2. The document is sent to the printer, but not printed.
3. The user walks to the printer and enters a passcode to unlock the document for printing.
4. The printer prints the document after the passcode is entered into the printer.
