System does not boot after upgrading from Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.0 to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.1
Issue
- I updated the packages into Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.1 (kernel: 3.10.0-229.el7.x86_64).
- After the package update, the system cannot boot with the following error.
Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0)
