Issue
- JON showing multiple CXF Bus resources for each bus;
- After a child container using CXF is restarted a new instance in Operations Network shows as being available due to the instance.id being referenced;
- JBoss ON showing duplicated resources for CXF Bus after Fuse container was restarted due to random value of the instance.id in the resource key
