Why on high volume of IPsec Host-to-Host connections created using Libreswan curl command tend to fail with "No buffer space available" messages in RHEL?
Issue
- On host to host
ipsecimplementation over a shared Ethernet links running a continuouscurlrequest on end host results in following error:

"curl: (7) Failed to connect to xx.xx.xx.xx: No buffer space available"
~~~~ - What would cause such messages to appears?
- How can these message be avoided?
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
Libreswan+StrongswanHost-to-Host IPsec .
