Issue

Thin provisioned LVM can not be activated with Red Hat Gluster Storage 3.0.4 install media in rescue mode.
When I tried activating thin provisioned LVM with the install media in rescue mode. The command returns following error.
```
# lvm vgchange -ay <thin provisioned VG> 
/usr/sbin/thin_check: execvp failed: No such file or directory.
```
