How do I access the Scalable File System via Red Hat Subscription Manager on RHEL6?

Issue

• Why isn't xfsprogs not supported in with my site license
• When xfsprogs is installed on a registered system it shows that Red Hat Enterprise Linux Scalable File System (for RHEL Server) - Extended Update Support product id 93 is not supported by a valid license. My site license shows that I Red Hat Storage Server which has the scalable file system as a part of that. So why is it not supported under the Red Hat Storage Server part of the license.
