httpd: Unable to open logs
Issue
Service httpd fails to start:
# service httpd start
Starting httpd: [FAILED]
Checking the error_log file, the following message appears:
# tail -n2 /var/log/httpd/error_log
Unable to open logs
Unable to open logs
