EAP 6 server port-offset configuration not displayed properly in JON GUI and CLI.

Issue

• Using JON we operate EAP6 running on multiple instance platforms: On each Linux platform we run up to five EAP 6 instances. They are differenciated by base_dir of course and port-offset. In JON, both GUI and CLI, For instances that have port-offset different than 0 that info is not reported properly.
