Why fuse container server status is not running and provision status finalizing in hawtio ?

Issue

• In our environment we have to Fuse instances one is Fabric and one is normal container which joins the fabric using the "fabric:join" command. when I deploy profile "registry_test" on container. The container is changing its server status to not running and provision status to finalizing ?
• Also sometimes it is noticed that the "Provision Status" of the container was earlier "finalizing" and later after some time it changed to "failed" where as it's "Status" is still "Running" ?
• What is the exact different between "Status" and "Provisioning Status" shown in the hawtio ?
