In Fuse where the .cfg file based properties should be placed ?

Issue

• We are working with RedHat JBoss Fuse 6.1, We need help in help in initial setup for the environment, Where we have a ".cfg" file that conatined pw for the activemq bean inside a bundle deployed in the local maven repository, they use the "${activemq.url} syntax. In that setup we have added another bean in the camel context for oracle datasource, I have added the new values in all the same places I find them for the activemq, and they do not seem to pull the values from the ".cfg" file
