Cloudforms dbsync:reset failure

Issue

• Over the weekend I left the following command running to reduce our huge replication backlog.

 nohup script/rails r script/rake evm:dbsync:reset >replication_cleanup_log 2>&1 

• I've just had a look at CF and the system is currently down.
