Change modcluster proxy-list value without restart in JBoss EAP 6 ?

Issue

• Is there any way to change the proxy-list value during runtime i.e without restart of JBoss EAP ?
• We have 2 jboss nodes working in a managed domain and 2 apache servers (with mod_cluster) balancing traffic between both.We have configured the proxy list in the profile, which is common to both nodes, but now we have the need of changing this proxy, as we want to have each node pointing to a different apache temporary.Is it possible to configure it in the host.xml?
