Kubernetes not pulling updated image

Issue

• After making a change to an image and pushing it to a repo, when stopping and starting a kube pod it is not pulling the updated images. I either have to docker pull on the minion manually or docker rmi for it to pull the updated image. Is this an expected behavior? Is there a kubecfg command I can use when creating the pod to force it to update?
