Bind the ews/tomcat JMX port to a specific IP address/interface
Issue
- We are looking for a solution to bind the tomcat JMX port to a specific ip-address/interface, and not 0.0.0.0 (all interfaces). The only working solution I found requires changes in the code.
- We have many EWS/tomcat instances in the same server, and would like to connect from Jboss Operations Network (JON) to a standard JMX port on each tomcat.
- Will Red Hat still support our JON and EWS if we use this solution?

- Red Hat Enterprise Web Servers (EWS) 2.1
- Tomcat 7
