FileNotFoundException when parsing local WSDL, using javax.xml.ws.Service on JBoss EAP 6

Issue

We load the WSDL_LOCATION from the classpath using the following code:

  import javax.xml.ws.Service;

  URL wsdl = new URL(com.example.service.MyService.class.getResource("test.wsdl"));
  QName qname = new QName("http://service.example.com/", "My_Service");
  Service service = new Service(wsdl, qname);
