Why are our support cases tagged as standard support level?

Issue

  • Support level on customer portal is showing "Standard", irrespective of subscription purchased.

Resolution

This has been identified as bug in customer portal which will be fixed soon.

The correct subscription can be seen on support side and there would not be any issues with SLA or subscription.
