IdM/IPA ns-slapd segfault and LDAP error _entry_set_tombstone_rdn - Failed to convert DN idnsname to RDN

Issue

Possible ns-slapd Berkeley DB corruption with error messages such as:

[21/May/2012:10:27:11 +0200] NSMMReplicationPlugin - Beginning total update of replica "agmt="cn=meToServer2" (ipaserver1:389)".
[21/May/2012:10:27:12 +0200] _entry_set_tombstone_rdn - Failed to convert DN idnsname=ipaclient1 to RDN

And possible ns-slapd crash similar to this:
